For me, the most powerful tool for transformation is to love yourself. By connecting more with your essence, your soul, the judgment that often prevents you from loving yourself ceases to have a hold on you.

 

When we move toward true Self-love, it is easier to stay centered, be more even-minded, and have more understanding, compassion, and love for others. This keeps us in a high, positive vibrational energy, which in turn, attracts more and more situations that are aligned with our positive emotions and thoughts. A state of peace sets in, allowing us to be more receptive and develop our intuitive faculty. Life is a testing ground for us to develop our divine potential and remember who we truly are, in the image of the Creator. It is work that requires perseverance and patience, but how rewarding!

 

By remaining centered in the presence of the Divine within us, the undercurrents of joy and peace flood our entire being. We can thus observe with detachment all the challenges that life presents us and discover gems of wisdom. A feeling of freedom and power settles in and we feel that we can conquer the world! Or at least our world. By abolishing the limitations imposed by the ego for too long, we radiate more and more Goodness, giving us back the power to bring more light into this world. Gandhi said: “Be the change you wish to see in the world!”
